All rental fees and fees are due when making reservation

A $100.00 cleaning fee is required.

There is a pet fee of $50.00. No pets over 35 lbs and are only allowed in the 2 Cavaliers. Guest are responsible for cleaning up any waste made by pets.

Please clean all dishes and remove all trash. Strip sheets off all used beds. Any damages that exceed $25.00 will be charged to credit card on file.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior in order to receive 100% refund or 7 days prior for a 50% refund.

In the case of  bad weather or emergency cancellation a refund will be issued  or can be used for rescheduling for up to one year.
